By the end of your project timeline, we will deliver a custom website that is tailored to your practice, brand, and vision. You’re involved in the process so we have an idea of what you want, and we will transform that vision into a beautiful and converting site.
Our Undivided Attention
We only take on one project at a time, so you get our full attention and support during your project timeline. We do book based upon our availability, but don’t worry - you’ll know exactly when your site is being designed so you can be involved in the process.
Mobile Optimization
The final product includes a desktop and mobile version, so you can rest assured that your site will be beautiful and functional no matter how your client is accessing it! You will also have the ability to edit both of these versions after delivery.
Zoom Meetings
With both custom web-design packages, you get 3 rounds of edits. We like to do these via Zoom so we can connect, and you can provide real-time feedback on your website. You’ll see what is being designed before the final project is delivered.
Basic SEO
We’ll optimize your website’s headings, URLs, alt text, meta descriptions, and more on the backend so your website can rank well on Google.
Copywriting Assistance
We’ll provide you with our Copywriting Guide prior to your project’s timeline so we know the details of your business. We’ll provide edits, making sure that your copy includes keywords for SEO and can appeal to your ideal client.
Photo Guidance
We’ll help you find stock photos that match your practice’s niche or branding, or we will help you choose photos from your branding photoshoot if provided.
Post-Project Support
We’ll be available via email for any questions or template-related needs for 2 weeks after the project is delivered to you. We’ll also send you a post-project questionnaire to get your feedback. We want you to feel happy and confident in navigating your new site.
The Process of Designing Your Private Practice Website

Submit an initial inquiry form to request our template installation services. I’ll review it within 48 hours, and if we’re a good fit (based on needs, budget, and timeline), we can set up a free Discovery Call via Zoom to discuss your practice and project needs. After we chat, I’ll send you a proposal outlining the scope of the project.

If you’re ready to move forward, I’ll ask that you sign the proposal and pay a deposit to book your Website in a Day service. Prior to your scheduled day, I’ll send you a brand questionnaire so I can get information on your business and ideal clients. I’ll also ask for your brand assets (e.g. colors, fonts, graphics, photos, logos, etc.). I will also send you our Copywriting Guide so you can write your website copy, which I will input for you in the appropriate sections.

Now it’s time for me to get to work! On your assigned day, I’ll customize your chosen template with your provided brand assets and website copy. I’ll optimize both desktop and mobile versions, and I’ll provide basic SEO support on the back-end of your site. We’ll check in once via Zoom half-way through the day for our first round of edits. This is your chance to provide feedback before I deliver the final results.

Once the website is finished and your final payment has been made, I’ll deliver your customized template to you. From there, you can connect your domain, subscribe to Squarespace, and launch your website whenever you’re ready to go live. Following the completion of our project, I’m available for two weeks of post-project support.

How easy is it to manage my Squarespace website after the final project is delivered?

Very easy! I offer post-project support for any project-related needs for 2 weeks following delivery of your site. Squarespace is an incredible platform for service-based businesses, and it’s fairly intuitive to use and manage. There is no coding required, and it has a drag-and-drop interface for moving elements around. Squarespace also has several articles and videos available to help users if you have any questions.
I don’t have branding yet - do you help with that, too?

I do not offer branding services as a part of these packages. While I can provide some input on branding colors as the website is being developed (specifically to how they complement one another in design), I do not help build your brand or create your logos.
How involved am I in the website design process?

This website is for your business, so you are absolutely involved in the design process. Collaboration and communication are key! In our initial consultation, we will discuss your vision for your website. During the design process, we meet via Zoom for 3 rounds of edits so you can see the design in progress. I want as much feedback as possible during these meetings so I can be sure I’m delivering the website of your dreams.
