Our templates are intended to be utilized on the Squarespace 7.1 fluid editor platform. They are not transferrable to other web platforms (Wix, Wordpress, etc.). When you purchase a template, it is delivered to you via the email you provide at checkout within 48 hours. You will receive an email from Squarespace titled “Contributor Invitation.” You must accept the invitation to receive your template. Templates are only transferrable as brand-new websites at this time. Once the invitation is accepted, you will have a free trial in Squarespace to edit your website before needing to subscribe to the platform.
You can customize anything! The templates are intended to serve as guidance, but you can change whatever you need to fit your brand. You can add your practice’s logo, change colors and fonts, add and remove sections, and add and remove pages. You are also able to reposition any elements on the page. Our templates also include a combination of “cupcake ipsum” (dummy text) as well as suggestions for what you can include in a section. We encourage you to make your template totally yours!
Our Squarespace templates are intentionally designed for private practices, therapists, and clinicians. They are often utilized by those in the healthcare sphere, but any template can be customized for other industries. Common buyers include speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, mental health professionals, coaches, health & wellness instructors, nutritionists, play therapists, etc. Because templates are customizable, they can easily be adapted to fit your practice’s niche, even if not mentioned here.
Squarespace requires us to manually deliver your template via email, where we transfer ownership of our template to your Squarespace account. This process can take up to 48 hours. It is VERY important that you provide your Squarespace email upon purchase so we can deliver the template to you. You will receive a separate email when we have sent it, so be on the look-out! While you wait, please be sure to check out our Installation Guide that received upon purchase so you’re ready to go.
We offer both full-size websites and one-page templates. A full-size website includes at least 5 unique pages (Home, About, Services, FAQs, Contact). A one-page website includes similar sections, condensed only to the landing page to make a “mini site.” One-page templates may be a better fit for smaller or solo practices. Any full-size template can be reduced to one-page if needed.

Yes! Each template comes with a desktop and mobile version. There is also a separate mobile editor, and you have access during editing to customize both versions. If you make changes to the template, you will want to ensure both versions are optimized before launching.
We know that many potential clients will be finding you via mobile devices, so rest assured we put thought into the presentation of our mobile templates when designing.
Absolutely! You can add any pages you may need to fit your practice needs. You are not ‘stuck’ to any of the options included in the template. You can add pages to either a full-size or one-page template.
SEO refers to “search engine optimization,” or essentially how well your website ranks on search platforms like Google.
Our templates are optimized for SEO in terms of layout and structure, and our copywriting suggestions provide guidance on what you can put in various sections to enhance your ranking.

If your website is brand-new, it may take some time for your site to rank.

Templates are compatible with Squarespace, but our templates do NOT include a Squarespace subscription. You will need to purchase this separately through Squarespace before going live.
